Welcome to BuildCam

BuildCam is PhotoSentinel's platform for managing construction site cameras, viewing captured images, and keeping your whole team informed — all in one place.

Whether you're a site manager checking in from the office or a project director reviewing progress across multiple sites, BuildCam gives you a live window into every project.

What you can do with BuildCam

Monitor your sites

Every camera streams images to BuildCam on a schedule you control. You can see the latest capture from any camera in seconds — no need to visit the site.

Every image is stored and searchable. Use the gallery to review site progress over days, weeks, or months. Create timelapse videos to share with clients or your team.

Receive alerts

BuildCam notifies you when something needs attention — a camera going offline, a low battery, or unusual activity on site. You can customise which alerts you receive and how.

Share with your team

Invite project stakeholders to view specific cameras or galleries. Set permissions so the right people see the right content — without sharing your login.

How BuildCam is organised

BuildCam uses a three-level hierarchy:

LevelWhat it isExample
OrganisationYour company or business entityAcme Construction
ProjectA specific site or contractSouthbank Tower
CameraA physical BuildCam device on siteLevel 12 North Face

A camera can belong to more than one project — useful when a camera overlooks a shared boundary or is temporarily reassigned.

Where to go next

If you're setting up for the first time, start here:

  1. Camera Setup — activate your first camera
  2. Your First Image — verify your camera is capturing and images are arriving
  3. Invite Your Team — add colleagues and set their permissions

If you've been invited to an existing organisation, your administrator will have sent you an invitation email. Click the link in that email to accept and sign in.
