Troubleshooting
Remote Troubleshooting
- Ensure that the Camera Control setting does not include the date and time stamp. To check this, go to Capture Config, then edit the Capture schedule and remove the lines starting with "datetime", "datetimeutc" and other similar fields.
- Disable Low Power Mode (LPM) to have the system set the current time at each capture event.
- Updating to the latest firmware can improve system behaviour. Contact our Support Team to update the firmware remotely.
On-site Troubleshooting
- Use the camera settings menu to set the correct camera timezone, time and date. To access camera settings, switch the controller to SETUP mode.
- When you make changes to the timezone and time/date settings on the camera, turn the camera OFF, and turn it back ON. This step ensures the settings are saved by the camera.
