Reset the Password for a User Account

Change your password

If you're signed in to Buildcam and want to change your password:

  1. Open Profile from the bottom of the left navigation.
  2. In the Security section, find the Password row.
  3. Click Change and follow the prompts.

Your password is managed by Buildcam's identity provider, so the change is handled in a secure dialog where you enter your current and new password. You can also enrol in two-factor authentication (2FA) from the same Security section.

If you can't sign in

If you've forgotten your password and can't sign in, use the password-reset option on the Buildcam sign-in page and follow the emailed instructions. Sign-in and password reset are handled securely by Buildcam's identity provider (Clerk).
