How to monitor usage and AI credits
See your mobile data per camera and your organisation's storage, livestream, and AI credit usage.
The Usage tab shows what your organisation is consuming, from mobile data per camera to your shared storage, livestream, and AI credit allowances. This guide explains the two layers it shows.
Before you start
- The Subscription area is in Admin, for Org Admins and billing contacts.
Per-camera mobile data
At the top, Per-camera SIM usage shows the 4G data each camera has used this billing period, with its quota, the percentage used, and days left in the period. Cameras nearing their quota are highlighted, and you can expand a row for a daily breakdown.
Organisation allowances
Below that, Organisation pools shows your organisation-wide allowances:
- Storage — how much of your included storage you've used, and any overage.
- Livestream — your livestream allowance.
- AI credits — credits used against those included per month, plus any purchased top-ups.
Good to know
- Included AI credits reset each month. Purchased top-ups keep their own expiry rather than resetting.
- A camera highlighted near its data quota is worth checking, especially if it captures or uploads frequently. You can adjust its schedule to manage data.
- Usage figures come from your billing setup. If a figure isn't available yet, the card says so rather than showing a wrong number.
Common questions
A camera is near its data quota. What can I do? Review its capture and upload schedule to reduce data, or talk to your Account Manager about its plan. See Set a capture schedule.
Do unused AI credits roll over? Included monthly credits reset each month. Purchased top-up credits keep their own expiry.
