How to view your SIM cards
See the SIM cards across your cameras and which installation each belongs to.
The SIM cards tab in Equipment lists the SIM cards across your cameras. This guide covers what you can see there.
Before you start
- SIM cards is in the Admin > Equipment area, for Org Admins.
View your SIM cards
Open Admin, then Equipment, and select the SIM cards tab. The list shows each SIM's phone number, SIM card number, carrier, and the installation it belongs to. Use the search box to find one.
Note: Adding, editing, and deleting SIM cards is coming soon. The Create SIM Card, edit, and delete controls are visible but disabled for now. To make a change to a SIM, contact your Account Manager.
Good to know
- This view is read-only in this release; SIM management controls are coming soon.
- To see how much mobile data each camera is using, check the Usage tab in Subscription. See Monitor usage and AI credits.
Common questions
Can I add or edit a SIM card? Not yet. Those controls are coming soon. Contact your Account Manager for SIM changes in the meantime.
