The Organisation settings page holds your organisation's details. This guide covers what's there today.
Before you start
- Organisation settings is for Org Admins. Open it from the Organisation settings button (gear icon) on the Admin page.
What's on the page
The page shows your Organisation name under Organisation Details.
Note: Editing the organisation name is coming soon. The field is shown but not editable yet. To change your organisation's name or other details, contact your Account Manager.
Good to know
- This page is read-only in this release; organisation-name editing is on the way.
- Billing details such as your legal name and registered address are managed through your agreement, not here. Your Account Manager can change those.
Common questions
How do I rename my organisation? Renaming from this page is coming soon. For now, contact your Account Manager.
Where do I change our billing address or legal name? Those come from your agreement and appear on your invoices. Contact your Account Manager to change them.
