How to download images
Save a single image or many images at once from a camera's gallery.
You can download images from a camera's gallery, either one at a time or many together. This guide covers both.
Before you start
- Open the gallery for the camera whose images you want to download.
Download a single image
Open the image, then select Download original in the action bar. The full-size image saves to your computer.
Download several images at once
Switch to Grid view and select Select. Choose the images you want, then select Download. Large selections are packaged into one or more zip archives; if your browser asks, allow multiple downloads.
Done
Your images are saved and ready to use.
Good to know
- Downloads are the full-size originals, not the thumbnails you see in the grid.
- On the mobile app, bulk selection is capped at 30 images at once. On the web app there is no fixed cap; very large selections split into several zip archives.
- Selecting multiple images is done in grid view.
Common questions
Why does my web download arrive as several zip files? Large selections are split across multiple archives so each stays a manageable size. Allow multiple downloads if your browser prompts you.
Can I download a whole day at once? Yes. Filter the gallery to that day, switch to grid view, select the images, and download. On mobile, do it in batches of 30.
