How to connect cloud storage accounts

Linking a cloud storage account in your profile lets you forward a feed's photos to it. Connect the account once here, then choose it as a destination on any feed's Media Handling tab. This guide covers connecting an account.

Before you start

• Open your Profile from your avatar, and find the Integrations section.
• Have your cloud account's sign-in ready.

Connect an account

In Integrations, select the provider you want to connect: Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, or Procore. You're taken to that provider to sign in and authorise access, then returned to Sentinel OS, where the account shows as connected.

Disconnect an account

To stop using an account, select Disconnect next to it.

Done

Your cloud account is connected. Now set it as a forwarding destination on a feed. See Forward photos to cloud storage.

Good to know

• Connecting an account here does nothing on its own; it becomes useful when you choose it as a forwarding destination on a feed's Media Handling tab.
• Amazon S3 and FTP don't need connecting here. You enter their credentials directly on the feed's forwarding destination.
• If a provider's access is revoked on their side, forwarding using it stops and the feed shows a notice. Reconnect the account here to resume.

Common questions

I connected an account but photos aren't forwarding. Why? Connecting the account is only the first step. You also need to add it as a forwarding destination on the feed whose photos you want to forward.

Which providers can I connect? Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and Procore are connected here. S3 and FTP are set up directly on a feed.
