How to find and manage your feeds

The Feeds dashboard is the single list of every camera in your organisation, across every project. It is where administrators go to find a specific feed, check status at a glance, and add feeds to projects in bulk. This guide covers finding your way around it.

Before you start

• The Feeds dashboard is for administrators. If you don't see Feeds in the navigation, your role manages cameras through individual projects instead.

Find a feed

Select Feeds in the sidebar. You can:

• Search by name using the search box; results filter as you type.
• Switch between List view and Grid view with the view toggle. List view shows sortable columns (Name, Location, Last Updated, Projects, Status); grid view shows a card with a thumbnail for each feed.
• Sort the list by Name or Last Updated.

Open a feed

Select (web) or tap (mobile) any feed to open it. On the web this opens the feed's General section; on mobile it opens the feed's images with a Settings button for administrators.

Add feeds to a project in bulk

On the Feeds dashboard, select the feeds you want using their checkboxes, then select Add to project. Choose one or more destination projects and confirm. This is the fastest way to organise many feeds at once.

Good to know

• Adding a feed to a project doesn't remove it from anywhere else. A feed can be in several projects at once.
• The dashboard is for finding and organising feeds. To change a single feed's name, schedule, or photo settings, open the feed and use its sections.
• "Last Updated" reflects the feed's most recent activity, which helps you spot a camera that has gone quiet.

Common questions

What's the difference between the Feeds dashboard and a project's Media tab? The Feeds dashboard lists every camera in your organisation. A project's Media tab lists only the cameras on that one site.

Can I delete a feed from the dashboard? No. The dashboard is for finding feeds and adding them to projects. Removing a feed from a project is done in the feed's Projects section; to retire a camera entirely, contact your Account Manager.
