Alert: Total Photo Uploads Approaching Limit
Alert Details
Your Total Photo Uploads data will reach its allocated limit soon if no action is taken. This alert triggers when the Total Photo Uploads data allocation is estimated be reached within 30 days. It is calculated based on the amount used, your current Weekly Schedule and the last 10 images that have uploaded. The calculation does not consider future Events. The estimated date of the Total Photo Uploads allocation being reached can be found on the feed's Schedule tab in Buildcam.
Your Total Photo Uploads data allocation is based on your chosen Cloud Services plan.
Your best course of action depends on your chosen Cloud Services plan.
If you are on the Pro Shooter, Progress Reporter, or Film Studio plan
You do not need to take any action; your Total Photo Uploads data limit will automatically be upgraded, at $35/month for each additional 250GB.
If you are on the Image Capture plan
You have three options available on the Image Capture plan:
- Upgrade to another Cloud Services plan for a higher upload data limit (from 250GB to 500GB).
- Change your capture settings in Buildcam so that you are saving to the local SSD instead of uploading.
- Do nothing and have your Total Photo Uploads data upgraded, at $35/month for each additional 250GB (compare with Cloud Services plan prices, which may be cheaper).
Option One: Upgrade your Cloud Services plan
Plan changes are managed per feed on the feed's Services tab.
- Log in to Buildcam and open the feed you want to change.
- Select the Services tab.

- Click the Save weekly schedules button.
